On Saturday we had a last minute change in plan, we decided that camping for a week in the cold rainy mountains was not the best option. (Side note, half of the staff was recovering from sickness as well.) For plan B we decided to camp at Snagov and go to the Black Sea for a day instead. We had a group of 17 boys for two nights and then a group of 8 girls.
Playing soccer at the park
Swimming at Pipera
Setting up camp at Snagov
The boys at the campfire
At the black sea, a beautiful day!
And of course, more soccer on the beach
The girls' turn
We did honey facials, make up and nails with the girls
Our five minute fire before the rain came! The girls ended up sleeping inside.
On the way to the sea
With our silly girl, Catalina
Jellyfish! We didn't see any when we were with the boys, maybe the rain the night before brought them in to shore? (They didn't sting.)
The entire group. We didn't get a picture with the boys because some dark clouds hurried us off the beach. We had a fun time with both groups and were glad that plan B turned out well. We have now started day camps, so pray for health and open hearts.
