Special Events

In June we have had several special events.  Our good friend Carolin flew in for the first one, baptisms!  On Saturday we spent some time with one of the kids close to her heart, Marius.

Here we are with the two boys she came to surprise, Bogdan and Alex.  Four kids from Rosiori got baptized and it was a privilege to be there.  Bogdan and Alex were in the boys transition house this year and the other two are high school students.

Another special thing we did was to have a youth group party for the Rosiori youth group.  We went to the forest and grilled lunch, played games, made bracelets and enjoyed each other's company.  The Reno team came down for the day to participate.

This past Sunday was graduation for the boys transition program.  A few of the boys are already employed and the others we pray will be employed shortly.

Mark shared a verse and some words of encouragement for Bogdan.

We are really proud of these guys and are glad to have been able to help them this year.  Please pray for all of the kids that God would continue to work in their lives.
